L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P. Programme – Part II

Lead with Authenticity, Strategic Clarity, and Influence

This programme integrates Emotional Intelligence frameworks, leadership psychology, reflective exercises, and practical strategy tools — designed to strengthen how you think, regulate, and lead in complexity.

Session 1 – Emotional Awareness & Regulation in Leadership

Leadership becomes far more effective when you understand what is driving your reactions. In this session, we will explore emotional intelligence, emotional regulation, and how to stay grounded under pressure so you can lead with greater calm, awareness, and intention.

Session 2 – Prioritisation and Boundary Setting.

When everything feels urgent, it becomes easy to lose focus and overextend yourself. This session will help you prioritise more strategically, set clearer boundaries, and lead your time and energy with greater intention rather than constant reactivity.

Session 3 –Authenticity, Trust & Difficult Conversations.

Strong leadership is not about perfection — it is about being real, clear, and trustworthy. In this session, we will explore authentic leadership, vulnerability, and how to navigate difficult conversations and conflict in a way that builds trust rather than tension.

Session 4 –Stress Management & Behaviourial Patterns.

Stress can quietly shape the way we lead, respond, and relate to others. In this session, we will explore the internal patterns and beliefs that drive pressure and behaviour, using the Five Drivers and OK Corral to build greater awareness and choice in how you lead.

Session 5 – Delegation & Leadership Presence.

Many leaders carry too much because letting go does not come easily. This session will focus on delegation, leadership presence, and how to lead with more clarity, confidence, and trust — without feeling the need to control everything yourself.

Session 6 –Reflection, Integration & Vision.

Sustainable growth comes from reflection, not just action. In this final session, we will look at your key learning, how you have grown through the programme, and the kind of leader you want to continue becoming moving forward.

Why This Matters

This is not theory.
It is applied leadership psychology integrated into your real context — work, family, and complex decision-making.
