EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN LEADERSHIP

Lead with greater composure, clarity and confidence—even when pressure builds.

For Leaders Who Want to Connect Deeply, Decide Wisely, and Communicate Powerfully.

What happens to your leadership when pressure takes over?

Perhaps you recognise some of these moments:

🔹 Your frustration speaks before you do. A team member makes the same mistake again, and your tone becomes sharper than you intended.

🔹 Anxiety makes you hesitate. You need to challenge a colleague or raise a concern with someone senior, but worry about their reaction keeps you quiet.

🔹 Everything starts to feel urgent. You struggle to step back, weigh up your options and decide what genuinely needs your attention.

🔹 You say yes when you need to set a limit. You want to be supportive, but your own workload and resentment keep growing.

Recognising these patterns gives you a starting point for understanding what you need—and what you want to change.

How you recognise and manage your emotions matters—to you, to your decisions and to the people you lead.

This programme helps you develop the emotional intelligence to understand your reactions, manage pressure and communicate more assertively. You’ll explore how to remain thoughtful and effective in demanding situations, while recognising your limits and protecting your wellbeing.

A practical programme for women and men who want to strengthen the emotional side of their leadership.
