Women’s Leadership Group Programme
Step into the leader you want to be — with greater confidence, clarity and emotional control.
You already have the experience, knowledge and capability to lead.
And as your responsibilities grow, leadership can become more demanding — bringing pressure, difficult decisions, competing priorities and moments when you question how you want to respond.
This programme gives you the space, practical tools and shared learning to strengthen how you lead — alongside other women navigating many of the same challenges.
Does this sound familiar?
🔹 You manage pressure well on the outside — but internally you can feel overwhelmed, frustrated or mentally exhausted.
🔹 You sometimes question yourself: Am I being too reactive? Too accommodating? Too hard?
🔹 You sometimes wonder whether you’re really good enough — questioning your abilities or worrying that others may see that you don’t have all the answers.
🔹 You find yourself overthinking decisions or conversations — even when you know you have the experience to handle them.
🔹 You are constantly responding to what feels most urgent, leaving too little time to step back, think strategically and focus on what really matters.
🔹 You want to lead authentically and confidently — while setting clearer boundaries and not feeling that you have to carry everything yourself.
If you recognise yourself in some of these situations, you are not alone.

A different way to grow as a leader
Step into the leader you want to be.
Leadership roles are demanding, and even highly capable women can begin to feel the pressure beneath the surface — overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, carrying too much, or struggling to maintain a sense of balance and control.
I know this space well from my own years in leadership and from working with women who appear successful on the outside, yet privately carry the pressure of trying to hold everything together.
This is why I created this Self-Leadership Group Programme — to give women the space, practical tools and support to grow as leaders, while learning alongside one another.
Women come together from different countries, cultures, industries and leadership roles, yet often discover that many of the challenges they face are remarkably similar. Sharing those experiences, hearing different perspectives and learning together becomes a powerful part of the programme.
Who is this programme for?
This is a Self-Leadership Programme for women in leadership who want to understand themselves more deeply and become more intentional about how they lead.
It is for women who want to step back from the constant demands of leadership and create the space to understand what is happening within themselves — their emotions, reactions, beliefs, behaviours and the patterns that may sometimes hold them back.
You may want to:
✓ Lead yourself with greater clarity and self-awareness
✓ Understand and regulate your emotions, particularly when you feel under pressure or out of control
✓ Trust yourself and your decisions more
✓ Become more assertive and confident in how you communicate
✓ Recognise the self-doubt or imposter feelings that may be holding you back
✓ Set healthier boundaries and create greater balance in your life
✓ Let go of the need to carry everything yourself
✓ Build your presence and influence while remaining authentic to who you are
✓ Have the courage to step outside your comfort zone and take new opportunities
✓ Become more aware of how you respond under pressure and learn to choose a different response when you need to.
At the heart of this programme is self-leadership.
You will have the space to step back, reflect and understand yourself more deeply, while developing practical tools that you can apply to the real situations you face every day.
Because when you understand yourself better, you have more choice.
More choice in how you respond.
More choice in how you communicate.
More choice in the boundaries you set.
More choice in the leader you choose to become.
This programme is about learning how to show up as the leader you want to be — with greater awareness, confidence, courage and authenticity.
What will you learn from the Self-Leadership programme?
💡 Understanding yourself as a leader
Build greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Understand your values, beliefs, behavioural patterns and triggers — and how they influence the way you lead, particularly when pressure builds.
💡 Leading yourself with greater confidence and clarity
Learn to manage overthinking, self-doubt and emotional reactions, make clearer decisions, set stronger boundaries and focus your energy on what matters most.
💡 Communicating, influencing and leading others
Strengthen how you communicate, give feedback and approach difficult conversations. Learn to delegate more effectively, build trust and develop a leadership presence that feels authentic to you.
💡 Putting your learning into practice
Use practical leadership tools, reflection, case studies and real situations from your own working life to turn insight into action — so that what you learn becomes part of how you lead.
What’s included in your programme:
This is more than 12 (or 6) leadership sessions. You’ll be part of a small, supportive group of women who understand the realities and pressures of leadership — with the space to learn, reflect, challenge yourself and put what you are learning into practice.
Throughout the programme, you’ll receive:
◆ 12 (or 6) live, interactive 90-minute sessions — combining leadership development, practical tools, discussion and reflection.
◆ A small and confidential learning environment — where you can talk openly about real leadership challenges and learn from the experiences and perspectives of other women.
◆ Practical leadership and Emotional Intelligence tools — giving you approaches you can apply to conversations, decisions, boundaries, delegation, pressure and the everyday realities of leading others.
◆ Personal reflection and practical application — using real situations from your own working life, case studies, reflective exercises and weekly challenges to turn learning into action.
◆ Continued learning between sessions — with session recordings and tailored notes to help you revisit key insights and continue your reflection.
◆ Accountability and support throughout the programme — helping you stay connected to what you want to change and the leader you are choosing to become.
◆ A WhatsApp support group — providing connection, encouragement and continued conversation between sessions.
You don’t have to develop as a leader alone.
Join a group of women who are ready to learn, reflect and strengthen how they lead — together.
I help driven women in leadership navigate the pressures that come with leading — without losing themselves in the process.
Through practical tools, clear strategies and personalised coaching, I support you to strengthen how you communicate, make decisions with greater confidence, manage your emotions under pressure and create healthier boundaries between work and life.
So you can lead with greater clarity, confidence and trust in yourself.
What previous participants have said about this programme:
Rosie Hollingsworth
I’ve been in a L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P. programme that's pushed me to slow down and reflect on how I show up every day. When you work in a small team, you don’t get to hide.
-Your reactions set the pace..
-Your presence shapes the room.
-Your communication sets the tone
The sessions made that clearer than ever. You think leadership is about decisions. Then you realise it’s about awareness.
-How you handle pressure.
-How you listen when a client is stressed.
-How you respond when someone needs more time.
And how you manage your own energy so it doesn’t weigh on others. That landed for me. Steady leadership builds trust long before the big moments arrive.
Thank you Johanna for the guidance and challenge.

The most valuable aspect of the program was to put the information learned into practice with other participants. I found that understanding myself led me to think with clarity and that is essential when you work with other people to be concise and clear about your ideas. I would definitely recommend this programme to any who is “willing” to genuinely change something about themselves. I found the foundations introduced in this program very useful. It was good to get me thinking about myself, my strengths and weaknesses.
