- Discover your default leadership style using Goleman’s 6 Styles and a simple reflective framework.

- Practice adapting your style to meet the needs of different teams, situations, and challenges.

Session 4: Communicating Effectively – Feedback, Difficult Conversations & Conflict

- Understand the important of Active vs Passive Listening.

- Learn a simple, powerful model for giving and receiving feedback with clarity and empathy.

- Explore conflict resolution techniques and how to stay grounded during difficult conversations.

Session 5: Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone – Overcoming Imposter Syndrome & Growing Your Mindset
